PhD in Art History and Master in Philosophy from the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM); BA in Philosophy from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM). Professor-researcher in the Department of Arts and Humanities at the UAM, Lerma. Member of the National System of Researchers and member of the Ibero-American Observatory of Digital and Electronic Arts (OIADE). Her research focuses on the genealogical history of art and technology research in Mexico. He has carried out projects on the study and preservation of electronic and digital arts archives at the Centro Nacional de las Artes. He was co-director of the Masters in Conservation of Documentary Assets at the National School of Conservation, Restoration and Museography of the National Institute of Anthropology and History. He has received three grants from the Programa de Apoyo a la Docencia, Investigación y Difusión de las Artes, and in 2006 he was a beneficiary of the Programa de Apoyo a la Producción e Investigación en Arte y Medios, both from the Secretaría de Cultura de México. He is the author of the book, Máquinas para descomponer la mirada. Estudios sobre la historia de las artes eletrónicas y digitales en México (UAM 2020).
